Poynting WLAN-0061 is a new WiFi Dual-Band MIMO directional antenna that can be connected to any access point regardless of WiFi technology. This antenna can solve channel shortage problems and provide ultimate Wi-Fi performance and flexibility. It can be used for point-to-point links where there is an abundance of RF noise or to provide very good WiFi coverage with over large areas. This 4×4 MIMO antenna has 4 different antenna elements in one shell. This means that the antenna can be used in a 2×2, 3×3 and 4×4 configuration. The beam width of 120° ensures good coverage in offices, halls and factories, outdoors etc. For omnidirectional installations with requirements for extra long range and very high capacity, three antennas are used together with three access points for the highest possible capacity. The antenna works in several frequency bands with a maximum gain of 9 dBi at 2.4GHz and 11 dBi at 5GHz respectively, which gives the best performance with reliable connections.< br /> It also covers the 5.8GHz band. The antenna is made of durable ABS plastic that is resistant to acids and other chemicals found in, for example, industrial facilities. The antenna can be opened on the side where the 4x SMA -hen the contacts are placed. You can then feed the cable through the waterproof feed-through, which means you don't need to connect the antenna cable via an extension.
